Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received it
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: Certain items such as custom-made, personalized, or clearance products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped.
